Too good to be from malt extract

This is a very good and easy to make beer. Like other canned extracts you add the can of syrup, malt, water, sugar and pitch the yeast. What makes coopers beer so good is that you cannot tell it is from a canned extract. I bought an IPA from a local liquor store and did a taste test with my coopers IPA. My coopers actually tasted better and had a better hoppy flavor than did the main stream brewery. Total time to make this beer is about 15 minutes as compared to boiling beer which can take hours in the kitchen. This is a good solid beer that does not stray from traditional IPAs. It has great flavor with adequate bitterness with every sip. If you want a an easy to make beer that taste great look no further. Coopers IPA is awesome
Easy to make, and produces a very tasty IPA.

I purchased the Cooper's beer making kit some time ago, with the large fermentation barrel, the bottles, mixing spoon and thermometer. My first attempt was a lager, which we enjoyed. So I thought I'd try making an IPA. Like the first time, it was easy to mix the ingredients with the clear instructions and complete list of ingredients sent in the package. This time I used a heating pad on low, attached to the fermenter with a bungee cord, and had excellent results (thank you Cliffside for the tip). The key is to keep the temperature at the perfect level with no fluctuations. (They tell you this in the instructions, but it's hard to do in reality - do not use a heat lamp as the light is bad for the yeast)

After bottling it and the second fermentation with the sugar drops, it was ready. We chilled one and tried it, and were very pleased. This was every bit as good as the IPAs we've bought at the store. Another week of fermentation and the head was improved. This is an excellent kit for producing your own IPA.
Waiting to return this, completely blew up in the box. Please let me know how I can return.
