Light, amber and wheat malt extracts together with Crystal and Chocolate malts make this beer a light copper color with a smooth, creamy head. It is well hopped with Kent Goldings, Fuggles and Willamette hops for a pleasing bitterness and aroma with only a hint of residual sweetness for balance.
