What’s the legality of home brewing beer if your under 21?
ByI already do it under my parents supervision, so it’s legal for me but i want to do it for a chemistry class project which means other minors will be at my house brewing. I really don’t want the teacher to mark me down for it being illegal or anything. (I want facts too, not opinions)

In the USA it is illegal. The federal law states that the age in eighteen however the states and local laws state 21.

With your parents there your family can easily claim that it is they that are brewing and not you. Yet it is illegal to have alcohol on any public school campus so no go on that project.

Depends on where you stay.
I would speak to the teacher first.

Feral Law states that you must be 18 to make beer, however most state laws say that you must be 21 to own/possess beer, if you parents buy the supplies and you make it and they own it and none of you drink it and you get permission slips from all the other parents then its of course very legal…..there is nothing illegal about having your son get you a beer when your working on the car just like if this finished product is owned and consumed by your parents then there is nothing illegal about that given that your local laws don’t also have the rare law stating you must be 21 to home brew. Usually the just say to own or possess you must be 21. Do a little research.
But be aware that you cant take alcohol to a public school.
